I had the pleasure of seeing Delta Spirit live tonight. Finally, to say the least. I've been a big fan of this band for years. Tonight, I got to see this for myself.
It was such a great show. As I stood around, indulging the last half hour of the show, I looked around me and watched the room being hypnotized by the music. People just being in the moment. For the first time, in the middle of this bands magic,while the song "Money Saved" was being belt out, I had that thought to myself.."Damn, I'm going to miss being young." Holding my beer, in my short flowered dress, without a care in the world.
The moments you never forget.
