Men's fashion, oh boy! You guys have it tough when it comes to this. In this last little while we have seen Men's fashion take on a life of its own. We have even came up with a nickname for the Men that indulge in fashion. The Metrosexual- Good looking, stylish, fashionable, trendy, and well groomed. OK, I get it. But when is this going too far?
What happened to the Manly Man? Rugged, hairy, tough, and stinky. Yes! A MAN! They drink scotch. They were 501's. They can start a camp fire. They don't wear hair products. They don't have to prove that they are real Men. They just are. Confident and sexy in their non fashionable duds.

The Paul Newman's of the world.
I'm ALL about a well dressed Man, that can pull off a nice suit, and then go put on a pair of 501 Levi's and a T shirt. What I don't want to do is share my flat iron and facial cream with a dude. The Women of 2011 want the Man back. Hairy chest and all.
A MAN!
"Is it okay that I don't have a sense of style? Is it okay for me to scratch myself? I'm hairy. I like wearing plaid and I don't want to be told how to dress by some dude with a "queer eye." Is that okay with you sissies, or would you like me to package my balls and neatly carry them in a purse? For crying out loud. You're turning us into a nation of pussies." - Whoever said this, can I hug you?
I stumbled across your blog about a month back & can i say your writing, your thoughts, your opinions - hell your writing of your thoughts and opinions simply KICK ASS! I look forward to reading, laughing & being so very happy that there ARE just cool women (you, you, YOU) still writing about things other than babies or crafts or fuck - baby crafts! (ha! & i'm even currently pregnant!) I don't make sense. ever. but your words always do to me. thank you.
